Many of our clients and candidates have worked with us for over 10 years, often within a number of countries and companies.

Base Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience gained as a recruiter working in a recruitment agency undertaking client and candidate calls.
- Experience gained in managing client and candidate relationships, willing to negotiate Permanent Terms of Business or Temporary Worker Hourly Rates and Terms of Supply.
- Strong experience in Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated within our CRM).
- Prior experience in representing your company at Industry Events or Expo’s.
- Your key responsibility is stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
- Trusted Advisor and Relationship Builder, with a strong Personal Brand
- Integral Team Member, happy to support colleagues, and contribute to the team during large Perm mobilisations / go-lives.
- Supporting clients in filling their Permanent, Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements.
- Supporting the Team in growing client and candidate bases.
- Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM.
- Agile thinker, willing to continually develop, share knowledge and be an active contributor.
