75k base plus super plus bonus

Are you an organised multitasker who thrives in a busy environment? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team on a 12-month contract, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Scheduling and coordinating service technicians across hospitals, aged care, and community care settings
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and technicians, ensuring requests are managed efficiently
  • Managing service documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration to keep everything on track

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or customer service role (ideally within healthcare, trades, or field service)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication skills – both with customers and internal teams
