Service Delivery Manager – AV / UC Sydney, NSW | $110K – $125K + Super
We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager to support AV/UC service operations for a growing integrator delivering collaboration solutions across corporate and commercial environments.
This is a practical, people-focused role combining service coordination, technical understanding and customer engagement — ideal for someone coming from an AV/UC support or coordination background ready to step into more ownership.
The Role
You’ll help run day-to-day service operations, acting as the link between customers, technicians and internal teams.

The Role
You’ll help run day-to-day service operations, acting as the link between customers, technicians and internal teams.
- Coordinate AV field technicians and support activity
- Manage customer escalations and service requests
- Support SLA tracking and basic reporting
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation
- Help manage service workflows and ticket queues
- Support invoicing and quoting processes where needed
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Contribute to service improvements and smoother operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in AV, UC, IT support or managed services
- Good understanding of AV/UC environments and support workflows
- Exposure to service coordination, helpdesk or technical support roles
- Comfortable working with technicians and end users
- Organised, reliable and willing to take ownership
- Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms
- Crestron / Poly / Cisco

- Basic understanding of enterprise conferencing environments
