Service Delivery Manager – AV / UC Sydney, NSW | $110K – $125K + Super

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager to support AV/UC service operations for a growing integrator delivering collaboration solutions across corporate and commercial environments.

This is a practical, people-focused role combining service coordination, technical understanding and customer engagement — ideal for someone coming from an AV/UC support or coordination background ready to step into more ownership.

The Role

You’ll help run day-to-day service operations, acting as the link between customers, technicians and internal teams.
  • Coordinate AV field technicians and support activity
  • Manage customer escalations and service requests
  • Support SLA tracking and basic reporting
  • Assist with scheduling and resource allocation
  • Help manage service workflows and ticket queues
  • Support invoicing and quoting processes where needed
  • Build strong relationships with key customers
  • Contribute to service improvements and smoother operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in AV, UC, IT support or managed services
  • Good understanding of AV/UC environments and support workflows
  • Exposure to service coordination, helpdesk or technical support roles
  • Comfortable working with technicians and end users
  • Organised, reliable and willing to take ownership
