Job description
Service / Account Manager with 5+ years’ experience managing the delivery of minor works projects and managed services of AV systems to the financial services, education, leisure, defence and government sectors.

Support existing and new client through effective team and account oversight providing Managed Service / Repair contracts and Minor Project Works across a diverse Local / State Government, Defence, Education, Financial Services and Commercial Office client portfolio.

Skills and Attributes
- Over 5 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 3 years Account Management or Service Manager experience within an organisation delivering audio visual solutions to a mix of client premises.
- You will have excellent Client Relationship Management skills, undertake client premises walk-rounds and identify scope of works, pricing of minor works and recommending variations.
- Prior experience across a range of commercial projectors and flat panel displays, control panels, sound, projector security, digital signage, projector screens, document and viewing cameras and interactive whiteboards.
- An excellent communicator, with strong English language skills, you will have an engaging personality and strong presentation skills to drive existing and new business relationships.
