Join a large infrastructure organisation to deliver maintenance services across Federal Government sites.

The Role

We are partnering with a large infrastructure organisation looking for a Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 12 trades.
  • You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
  • Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
  • Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company’s Risk Protocols.
  • Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
  • Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
  • Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.
Requirements:
  • Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure a NV1 Clearance.
  • Have a plumbing license and a Cert III in Plumbing. 
  • A valid Australian Driver’s license
