Technical Support Technician / Engineer

Up to $85k + super + bonus (circa $5k annually)

My client were founded over 40 years ago and their area of expertise includes offering Control Solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration & heating. They also offer systems for Commercial & Industrial humidification and commercial evaporative cooling.
They are a specialist leader and want to grow their fantastic reputation even further in offerings their control solutions for HVAC Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s). Due to demand for their products/services and solutions coupled with sustained growth they are actively looking for a motivated and career oriented Service Support Technician or Engineer to join their successful team in Sydney and support their client base in Australia. The company are well established worldwide and have had a strong presence for nearly 15 years plus in Australia & New Zealand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will be based around taking calls from Contractors / HVAC Companies and End-Users, and trying to resolve technical questions and issues over the phone. It would suit a tradesman that is either looking to step into a role that is off the tools, or someone that is looking to slow down in works.
You will have a strong background within the HVAC Service Industry with strong fault-finding and diagnosis skills, along with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical customers.
Technical Requirements:
