Village Managers

Job description

Our client, a fast growing facilities management service provider is seeking experienced Village Managers for FIFO roles from Perth (8:6 roster).

This vital role will ensure the smooth running of village operations across sites of 200-300 rooms with key responsibilities including:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the integrated Facilities Management services and provide great quality hospitality to exceed client expectations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders 
  • Be a Safety Leader and have an in depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment principles
  • Lead, manage, develop and train all team members, encouraging respect within the workplace
  • Rostering and working with recruitment to ensure correct staffing is in place
  • Ensure the contract is run in a compliant manner and commercially in line with targets
Key skills to be a success:
  • Strong ability to form productive relationships
  • Computer literate
  • An excellent understanding of OHSE 
  • Strong business management experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
