An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Perth’s Eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Monday to Friday position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis. You will assist in ensuring all goods received are thoroughly processed in a systematic manner, to maintain correct and reliable inventories moving through the Warehouse Inventory Control System.

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Perth’s Eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Monday to Friday position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis. You will assist in ensuring all goods received are thoroughly processed in a systematic manner, to maintain correct and reliable inventories moving through the Warehouse Inventory Control System.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing accurate and prompt picking and dispatching of our products
- Managing orders and picking requirements involving manual handling and pallet stacking
- Controlling Inventory / Stock levels
- Create & maintain a good relationship with suppliers
- Track inventory coming in and out
- Operating technology and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, which will include Forklifts for those licensed to operate
- Taking care of the health and safety of yourself and others at work.
- 3yrs minimum experience in a similar role across Warehousing, Logistics or Manufacturing
- Experience with an ERP System, ideally SAP Software
- Have clear, concise communication and numerical skills
- Be physically capable of completing manual handling tasks
- Reliable, flexible and possess an eye for detail
- Possess a strong safety focus and a knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR)
