Austcorp Executive are partnering with a company that specialises in the service, repair and distribution of heavy transport equipment for the haulage and mining industries in Western Australia to help them recruit a Workshop Manager for their Perth workshop. 

This role will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and technicians, liaising with clients and providing quotations.

As the Workshop Manager your duties will be but not limited to:

• Oversee the Service and Repair department working on heavy trailer equipment designating work to two Workshop Supervisors 
• Ensure that all checklists and service job reports are submitted in a timely manner 
• Produce quotations of work to customers and schedule works
• Liaise with customers
• Manage and update companies electronic maintenance system
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and management of sound employee relations and safety practices

  A bit about you:

• Relevant Trade Qualification (Preferred) 
• Proven experience in Service / Workshop Leadership role working with Heavy Transport Equipment (Trailers, Trucks, Mobile Equipment) 
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations
• Results-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
