Compliance
PTY LTD Company – Contract Requirements: The following documents must be provided by a contractor operating as a PTY LTD Company/Partnership or Trust:
Certificate of Registration (Issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission)
Australian Business Number (ABN)
Goods and Services Tax (GST)- Notice of Registration (Where a GST is to be claimed)
Insurance covers including:
- Professional Indemnity (PI) – Cover is a minimum of $5M
- Public Liability (PL)- Cover is $20M
- Workers Compensation – For relevant State/Territory around Australia
Period of insurance must cover the period of contact with AustCorp:
EFT pay information with all required bank details – this must be a company bank account.
Proof of right to work in Australia (Passport or birth certificate)
Trade Certificate
White Card
Union Certificate (Optional)
