Are you a highly skilled A-Grade Electrician with strong PLC experience? We're looking for someone like you to join an Australian Owned Warehouse Automation specialist, in a field-based role, working on cutting-edge projects in warehouse automation, distribution centres, conveyors, food & beverage, and manufacturing.

About the Role:

As an A-Grade Electrician, you will be responsible for commissioning, fault-finding, and diagnostics in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Your expertise in PLC systems will be essential as you troubleshoot and maintain automation systems across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and testing electrical systems in warehouse automation, distribution, conveyors, and manufacturing sectors.

• Fault-finding and diagnostics for PLC-based control systems.

• Ensuring all installations and maintenance comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient solutions.

• Providing on-site support and guidance to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.

To be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

• A-Grade Electrician license (required).

• Strong experience working with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

• Expertise in commissioning, fault finding, and diagnostics in automation and control systems.

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including automation, drives, and control circuits.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, able to liaise with clients and other team members effectively.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Melbourne region for various site-based work.
