Job description
A global industrial organisation with a significant footprint across Australasia is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Supervisor to support key customer sites across Queensland.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role best suited to someone who has worked in high-speed beverage, bottling, or alcohol manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to electrical systems, automation, and maintenance leadership. While not a traditional “site supervisor” role, it carries similar responsibility for performance, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement of complex production equipment.
The Opportunity
You will act as the technical lead across assigned customer operations, taking ownership of machine performance, electrical reliability, safety outcomes, and operational efficiency. Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you’ll coach operators, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements across electrically driven and automated systems.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, leading through influence, and partnering with operations teams to lift performance.
