I am partnering with a manufacturing company that specialises in the production and design of materials handling equipment within the mining and resource sector. This client works with both national and international markets. 

The team is looking to onboard an experienced Account Manager which will manage and develop their Tier 1 Mining accounts in WA. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• You will be the first point of contact for the client, customer and operations and maintenance team.
• Ensure prompt quotations, technical recommendations and strong support is provided.
• Actively develop new revenue opportunities and increase the value add for both client and customer.
• Travel to site to liaise with staff and clients
• Work with all departments to be the one stop shop for the client’s needs.

A little bit about you:

• A technical / mechanical background working with engineering, mining or bulk material handling equipment.
• A proven track record managing accounts and business relationships.
• A proven track record working with and exceeding sales targets 
• A passion for working within the Australian and International mining industries
