I have partnered with a global leader who specialises in providing automated solutions to equipment, infrastructure, and systems. These tailored solutions cross a multitude of industry sectors and provide customers and clients with a complete streamlined service model.
 
We are currently seeking an Account Management professional to join the growing team and manage a major portfolio for an international airport. As the Account Manager your role is to be the commercial interface between the operations and maintenance team, the client and the customers using the facilities and equipment.
 
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • To be responsible for managing the airport account.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the client, customer and operations and maintenance team.
  • Actively develop new revenue opportunities and increase the value add for both client and customer.
  • To lead the development in new solutions and tender opportunities.
  • To map out the landscape of the airport organisational structure to define key points of contact for internal operations.
  • Be active in assessing new market technologies that could provide the client and customer with better opportunities and solutions.
  • To cross function with all departments to be the one stop shop for the client’s needs.
A little bit about you:
  • Ideally you will have a background working with engineering or technical equipment.
  • A proven track record managing accounts and business relationships.
  • A proven track record working against sales targets and exceeding them.
  • Ideally a tertiary qualification in commerce/business management or the equivalent experience.
  • A passion for working with all different types of people from different paths of life.
