Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet business goals
- Conduct regular business review and innovation meetings with clients
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts for key products
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights
- Keep detailed records in CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, samples, and quotations
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action as needed
- Review and approve customer purchase orders
- Contribute to the development of the annual sales budget
- Tertiary qualification and/or relevant sales training
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Capable of developing and managing customer relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Maintains confidentiality
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
