Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet business goals
  • Conduct regular business review and innovation meetings with clients
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts for key products
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights
  • Keep detailed records in CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, samples, and quotations
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action as needed
  • Review and approve customer purchase orders
  • Contribute to the development of the annual sales budget
Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant sales training
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and business acumen
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Capable of developing and managing customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
