Account Manager – Digital Engagement & Smart AV Solutions

$85K to $100K Base + Super $150K OTE | Uncapped Comms | Brisbane-Based Role

We’re seeking a skilled Account Manager with a passion for technology and customer engagement. You’ll work with some of the country’s most recognisable brands in retail, QSR, healthcare, and government, helping them scale digital engagement and smart AV/IT solutions across their networks.

You’ll inherit a strong portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, while also driving growth by expanding usage, introducing new offerings, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key clients across Retail, QSR, Government, and Healthcare
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value
  • Run discovery sessions and deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Present to a range of stakeholders, from IT and Marketing to C-level decision makers
  • Track account health and performance using CRM tools and structured reporting
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or client-facing roles within AV, SaaS, media tech, or IT/digital solutions or similar
  • A proven ability to build relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Confidence managing long sales cycles and presenting to C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and CRM discipline
  • A background in AV/IT, digital signage, or tech-enabled  platforms is a strong advantage
