- Build strong relationships at all levels of client organisations.
- Apply proven sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger or SPIN to qualify opportunities, forecast and close deals.
- Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Keep your pipeline healthy and consistently hit or exceed targets.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or a closely-related industry.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive drive paired with a genuine desire to deliver effective solutions for clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a relationship-first mindset.
- Comfortable managing both large enterprise accounts and smaller one-off projects.
- Experience with audiovisual, ICT or integration solutions is a bonus, but your attitude, curiosity and resilience matter most.
- $85,000 – $100,000 base + super + competitive bonuses.
- A six-month ramp-up period with onboarding and support to set you up for success.
