Seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development / Account Manager specialising in Home Care and Industrial Cleaning ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with home care and industrial cleaning customers, including manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative cleaning and functional ingredient solutions and drive business growth.
  • Support customers with technical knowledge, formulations, and product applications.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to provide market insights and solution-based selling.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in home care, industrial cleaning, or related chemical ingredient sales.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning formulations, functional ingredients, surfactants, and detergents.
  • Experience selling to manufacturers, distributors, or formulators.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for innovation, quality, and customer success.
  • Technical qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers.
