- Manage current customer requirements: Ensure timely order fulfillment and address customer needs.
- Achieve sales volume growth targets: Maintain profitability while driving sales volume growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits: Gain insights and deliver exceptional service through regular customer interactions.
- Develop product knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of products and their applications.
- Efficiently manage stock: Prevent issues like aging and stockouts through effective stock management.
- Follow up on payments: Ensure timely transactions by regularly following up on payments.
- Share market and technical information: Keep the sales team informed with relevant market and technical insights.
- Resolve customer complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints and product quality issues promptly.
- Experience: 3-5 years in front-line sales or a technical sales role.
- Track record: Proven success in developing and growing new business.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, with a can-do attitude.
- Approach: Proactive in serving customers and building strong relationships.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong commercial acumen.
- Travel: Willingness to travel interstate or overseas once a month for a week.
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the polymer, chemical, or a similar industry is advantageous. A degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science is desirable but not mandatory.
