About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of the customer strategy working closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert guidance, and supporting their success. You’ll also collaborate with our strategic Principals to drive shared goals, making a tangible impact on both sales and market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales and inventory targets while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop new business in both existing and emerging markets.
  • Provide technical support and customised solutions that deliver real value.
  • Work closely with Principals to achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and capture valuable market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
  • Uphold company policies, values, and ethical standards in all dealings.
Who You Are
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales within the coatings industry.
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Passionate about sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-focused, with the ability to work independently.
