They are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager SEA to manage a major account from their Perth base.

The Role
This strategic, client-focused role is ideal for a professional who excels at maintaining and strengthening key client relationships. You will manage a major account across Southeast Asia, ensuring high levels of service, operational excellence, and seamless project delivery. While primarily Perth-based, occasional travel will be required to support the client on-site and maintain strong relationships.

About You
  • 10 + years’ experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally in mining, mechanical, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience managing major accounts and delivering consistent client satisfaction.
  • Technically savvy with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a major account across Southeast Asia, maintaining strong relationships at both corporate and site levels.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance, including site visits when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, estimating, and project delivery to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor client operations and industry trends to maintain service excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
