The Role:

• Develop and manage key relationships
• Identify and develop new business with existing customers as well as new business development with new contacts
• Service, Maintenance and Projects
• Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and customer retention
• Participate in ongoing training to upskill and increase industry knowledge and connections
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate new promotional materials

The Candidate:

• Strong experience in Electronic Security
• Proven Sales/Account management experience
• Experience managing a team, running reports and processes
• Experienced with High Security Systems - Access Control, VMS, CCTV
• Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
• NSW Security Licence (Mandatory)
• Customer/Client focused and passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business
