The Company:

My client is a global manufacturer, well known and respected in the industry. They now seek an Account Manager for their thriving Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Portfolio of specialty chemicals. This is a rare opportunity for candidates in Sydney to join their dynamic sales force.

The Candidate:

You will be responsible for identifying and delivering business through new and existing accounts by working on projects with R&D and Purchasing. Targeting manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and complimentary medicines. Using your technical qualification, you will consult, present and be able to problem solve on a technical level to provide solutions and formulations that rival our competitors. You will travel interstate to see clients, and also overseas to conferences and training events. This is a very exciting and dynamic role, that would suit a high achiever looking to move into an international company that can offer realistic career growth and opportunity to progress. 

The position will require an individual who has:
  • Degree in Chemistry or related technical field
  • 2-5 years chemical sales experience is required
  • Previous lab experience highly regarded.
  • Willingness to travel interstate.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills required
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently.
