Seeking a motivated and commercially-minded Account Manager working across NSW & QLD. (Must be able to travel)
This is a unique opportunity to work across personal care, homecare, animal nutrition, functional ingredients, and cleaning chemicals, building relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and distributors while showcasing your technical expertise.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers across personal care, homecare, animal nutrition, and cleaning chemicals.
- Identify opportunities for innovative ingredient solutions and convert them into tangible business growth.
- Provide expert technical support, guiding customers on formulations, applications, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver market insights and solution-based selling strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning yourself as a trusted industry advisor.
- Experienced in sales or account management across personal care, homecare, animal nutrition, or cleaning chemicals.
- Strong understanding of formulation science, functional ingredients, surfactants, and specialty chemicals.
- Proven ability to sell to manufacturers, distributors, or formulators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about innovation, quality, and customer success.
- Technical qualification in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or a related field is a plus - but your experience and drive matter most.
- Willing to travel occasionally to meet customers and explore new market opportunities.
