Job description

A respected retirement living provider is seeking a capable and personable Administrator for a temporary full-time contract role based in St Georges Basin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older Australians and wants to make a real impact in a close-knit community environment. Our client is a national provider of Retirement Living.

This contract position will commence as soon as possible, with full-time weekday hours and an attractive hourly rate of $40–$55, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Handle front-of-house duties, incoming calls, and general village enquiries
  • Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and reporting
  • Manage documentation, maintain compliance records, and assist with contractor coordination
  • Organise newsletters, events, and resident communications
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and well-supported community for residents
About You:
  • Experienced in administration, reception, or customer-facing roles (ideally in aged care, retirement living, or hospitality)
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing basic reporting/documentation
  • Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
  • Available to commence immediately and work full-time hours
  • Current police check and up-to-date vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
