Facility Managers — Regional QLD & NSW Opportunities

Are you an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager open to regional opportunities in Queensland or New South Wales?

I am partnering with established aged care providers across regional QLD and NSW seeking strong operational leaders to oversee Residential Aged Care facilities ranging from 80–150+ beds.

Position: Facility Manager
Location: Regional QLD & NSW (multiple locations)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: $150-180k base (DOE & Facility)+ Super + Salary Packaging

About the Role

These roles are responsible for the full operational leadership of residential aged care homes, with accountability for clinical governance, financial performance, workforce management and regulatory compliance. You will lead established multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high standards of care, resident experience and accreditation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end facility operations including staffing, budgeting and occupancy performance
  • Oversight of clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Driving culture, staff engagement and leadership capability within the home
  • Managing KPIs across quality, financial and operational metrics
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and the broader community
About You
  • Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care (essential)
  • Strong understanding of accreditation, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated financial and workforce management capability
  • Clinical background with AHPRA registration 
  • Open to regional relocation (relocation support available in some locations)
