Business Analyst – Finance & Business Partnering
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW
Salary: $150K + Super + 10% Bonus

Are you a numbers-driven finance professional with strong people skills? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to partner with our business unit heads and help drive growth through insightful analysis and financial leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead finance inputs to the annual budget and strategic planning processes.
• Deliver timely and accurate forecasts, P&L management, and month-end support.
• Provide management reporting packs with accurate, actionable insights.
• Build and automate dashboards and business reporting using Excel and Tableau.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide analysis, financial leadership, and business case support to unlock growth opportunities.
• Analyse large volumes of customer and business data to generate insights.
• Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations as per approved plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA/CA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance/business analyst role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex data models.
• Proficiency with systems like SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau preferred).
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business unit heads and stakeholders at all levels.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a mindset for process improvement.
• Excellent time management and the ability to deliver under pressure.
