Description

As the Marketer for the ANZ region you will work closely with the colleagues at both regional and Group level to build, drive and attain the business priorities and marketing strategy across the region.

You will collaborate with the MD, the Operations Lead and the Global Marketing Director to develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan for the region with a strong focus on driving business growth through focused marketing activities that are aligned with Group level strategy as well as regional growth plans.
As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will work cross functionally with departments at HQ to implement and optimise your marketing activities including the wider Marketing team, Creative, Product and Design, Validation and Technical.

We are looking for someone with great Marketing experience of at least two years, ideally in a regulated industry; an ambitious individual and a true team player.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning – develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Group business objectives and global marketing strategy.
  • Brand management – Cultivate and strengthen the brands through consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.
  • Campaign development – Conceptualise and oversee the creation of engaging campaigns across various channels, tailored to resonate with infection control specialists, healthcare providers and patients.
  • Digital marketing – Lead efforts to enhance online presence through effective digital marketing initiatives, including consistent and engaging e-newsletter campaigns to existing database, growing said database and targeted social media campaigns.
  • Website – work closely with the Digital team at HQ to monitor and make minor updates to the website when necessary.
  • Event management – Book, project manage and occasionally attend the events we take part in each year.
  • Budget management – Plan, manage and monitor the annual marketing budget for the region.
  • Media planning – Manange and negotiate advertising opportunities with regional publications and collaborate with the Creative Team to design engaging artwork.
  • Analyse, report and adjust – Track effectiveness of all marketing efforts and report findings to key stakeholders.
Skills
  • You have a relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Energetic and creative, with excellent copywriting skills
  • Social Media content creation and management (LinkedIn)
  • Email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Stripo)
  • Website editing platforms (WordPress)
  • An understanding of Google Analytics reporting
  • The ability to work accurately, flexibly, and efficiently.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise where there may be multiple competing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A strong eye for detail – getting the small things right first time
  • A team player, who is comfortable and confident in presentations and meetings
  • Confident and proactive. Able to challenge norms and suggest new ways to connect with our customers
  
Duties & Responsibilities
No two days will be the same in this dynamic role! At any given time, you could be:
  • Preparing promotional marketing items (advertising, advertorials, case studies)
  • Design and creation of Sales Team collateral (product brochures, flyers, posters)
  • Market research and campaign crafting (planning, execution, reporting)
  • Creating LinkedIn posts and responding to associated responses
  • MailChimp – preparing eDM’s and maintaining our customer database
  • Website design updates and management of current content, ensuring all downloadable documentation is the most up to date version
  • Designing and creating custom stands for conferences and events
  • Meeting with the worldwide  Marcomms Team to share promotional ideas and campaigns
