APAC Engineering Governance Manager

The Company:
This global Critical Services Company with a large team across the Asia Pacific Region are well-renowned within their sector. They are seeking a customer focused Engineering Excellence Manager to provide governance, service excellence and technical support, and ensure smooth delivery of operations to multiple sites across APAC.

  • Previous experience in delivery of technical and maintenance services in a data center / pharmaceutical or health institution / financial institution / engineering facility / other critical sites
  • Must have previous experience in maintenance of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure
  • Understanding of asset management preferred
  • Engineering qualification Electrical or Mechanical
Duties:
  • Manage one direct report and influence a wide remote team
  • Lead engineering solutions for mechanical and electrical systems - CRAC, chillers, UPS, Gensets
  • Ensure consistency and best practice across operational delivery of engineering services
  • Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance strategy
  • Document performance standards and operational manuals 
  • Ensure legislative compliance to corporate and critical data centre sites APAC wide
  • Manage Health and Safety and risks solutions onsite
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, costs and customer service standards
