The Company:
This global Critical Services Company with a large team across the Asia Pacific Region are well-renowned within their sector. They are seeking a customer focussed Engineering Manager to provide service excellence and technical support, and ensure smooth delivery of operations to multiple sites across APAC. Reporting to a global and regional manager.

Required Skills:

• Engineering qualification Electrical or Mechanical – essential
• Previous experience in delivery of technical and maintenance services in a data center / pharmaceutical or health institution / financial institution / engineering facility / other critical sites
• Must have previous experience in critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure
• A good communicator, with strong relationship management skills
• Strong influencer of people and consultative nature
• Process, quality and compliance driven
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Understanding of asset management preferred

Duties:

• Lead engineering solutions for mechanical and electrical systems - CRAC, chillers, UPS, Gensets
• Ensure consistency and best practice across operational delivery of engineering services
• Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance strategy
• Document performance standards and operational manuals 
• Ensure legislative compliance to critical sites APAC wide data centres
• Manage Health and Safety and risks solutions onsite
• Ensure adherence to budgets, costs and customer service standards
