Package: $70-80k/year + super + 10% bonus + $18k car allowance + fuel card, home internet, health insurance, home office.

About the Role
As the Application Consultant, you will educate, train, and provide guidance and first-line technical support to healthcare professionals. Your clients will include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spinal and Neuro surgeons and engineering teams across Victoria. Additionally, you will:
  • Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usage
  • Educate/train customers on the use of products and services
  • Field customer questions/requests: Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
  • Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
  • Deliver high-level customer service
  • Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Instruct customers and staff in the proper use of the equipment
About You
  • Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent clinical-based experience
  • Full Australian driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Developed time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledge  
  • Recent biomedical graduates or Theatre nurses with 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply.
