About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Ultrasound Applications Specialist based in NSW – someone passionate about ultrasound, who loves working with people, and is ready to explore a more commercial path.

You’ll be the clinical voice behind the tech, supporting customers before and after installation, helping them get the most out of their systems, and ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. You’ll work closely with the national sales and clinical teams, and there’ll be opportunities to travel interstate and to New Zealand – so if variety and connection excite you, this role will keep things fresh.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver hands-on applications support across new and existing customer sites
• Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops (internally and externally)
• Partner with the sales team to offer clinical expertise and help tailor solutions
• Stay across the latest in ultrasound tech and trends
• Support marketing and clinical education initiatives across the business
• Keep training records, customer files and documentation up to date
• Submit visit reports and expenses on time (with support from a great team!)

Who You Are

• Postgraduate qualified in Ultrasound and ASAR-accredited
• 3–5 years’ experience working as a sonographer
• Confident across multiple modalities – ideally General, MSK and OB/GYN
• Passionate about training, education, and building strong customer relationships
• A natural communicator – clear, friendly and professional
• Enjoy working independently, but love being part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable presenting to groups, running workshops and representing the brand
• You hold a current driver’s licence and are open to travel
