Job description

We are seeking experienced Asphalt Workers to join our clients growing team.  If you take pride in delivering high-quality road surfaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you.

You will be part of a skilled crew responsible for asphalt laying, road construction, and resurfacing projects across commercial, civil, and residential sites. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, teamwork, and strong safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asphalt laying and site prep, raking, screeding, shovelling,
  • Operating paver, rollers, and other plant on site
  • Conducting pre-start checks on equipment
  • Maintaining high safety standards on-site
  • Working effectively within a team to meet project deadlines
About you:
  • Current and Valid Driver Licence | MR/HR/HC/MC advantageous
  • Construction Induction Card
  • RII and/or VOC’s advantageous       
  • Physically Fit and Capable of Manual Labour
  • Able To Pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Test
