AUSTCORP are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-driven go-getter with a passion for quality and a strong voice on-site? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Asphalt Crew as a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer — someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us keep our work sharp, safe, and up to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor asphalt delivery (tipping trucks) and record accurate figures for volumes, timings, and material checks.
• Complete all required onsite paperwork, including quality records, test logs, and compliance documentation.
• Verify that materials, processes, and workmanship meet project and client specifications.
• Assist in tracking production, delivery, and laydown performance for reporting purposes.
• Provide hands-on support with general labouring tasks when required to meet crew demands.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Current Driver Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Physically capable of performing manual labour when needed.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with site paperwork systems.
• Previous experience in asphalt, civil construction, or quality assurance (advantageous but not essential).
