Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt surfaces according to project specifications.
• Operate asphalt equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Perform manual labour tasks including shovelling, raking, and compacting asphalt.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asphalt construction or a similar field is preferred.
• Ability to operate asphalt equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Card) is advantageous.
