Job description
The Role
You will work closely with project teams to ensure asset data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards, while maintaining data integrity and supporting key documentation. This role supports numerous across Greater Perth from the northern suburbs to Rockingham and option to be based in one of the sites in this geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with project teams to ensure asset data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards, while maintaining data integrity and supporting key documentation. This role supports numerous across Greater Perth from the northern suburbs to Rockingham and option to be based in one of the sites in this geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team up with other project teams to ensure Asset Data are assembled and up to date and in line with company standards.
- Identify risks and opportunities of Asset Data.
- Oversee the preparation and ongoing management of asset data and supporting project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Interpret and process Asset Data as well as ensure Data Integrity.
- Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure a NV1 Clearance.
- Have a qualification or degree in Engineering or Construction Design, Asset Management and or Asset Data.
- Strong knowledge in Building Asset Management and AutoCAD.
- 4 years’ experience with CAD software and additional knowledge of GIS software.
- Be able to work autonomously as well as with other multidisciplinary teams.
- Able to adapt to growing technologies, risk management processes and cybersecurity principles.
