The Company:
This large national facility management provider delivers hard and soft maintenance services for a critical public sector client.

The Role:

• Responsible for asset management in support of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract
• Manage assets on a complex portfolio of buildings, infrastructure and equipment
• Deliver asset management reporting, compliance, routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc.
• Improve asset performance and risk management

The Duties:

• Undertake asset register reviews 
• Reporting
• Ensure compliance and governance
• Close the gap of non-compliant items
• Variation management
• Review maintenance activities
• Conduct audit programs
• Collection of asset data

The Ideal Profile:

• Experience in Asset Management and Life Cycle Planning
• Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, Building, Construction, or relevant qualification
• Ideally understand ISO55001
• Professional and engaging manner
• Proficient in CMMS, MS Word and Excel
