We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic inside sales representative to join our client’s expanding team, based in the Sydney CBD. To keep up with the growing demand, we are looking to appoint an experienced sales person to help drive business throughout ANZ with specific target areas.

Our client is a global manufacturer of premium braces, supports, compression garments and insoles, established in Germany almost 100 years ago. The business is present in over 35 countries and is proud to be partnering with medical clinics and institutions globally as well a host of global and domestic sporting events including the Olympic Games, State of Origin, NRL teams and much more.
About the role
Working closely with the territory manager, the role involves qualifying and advancing opportunities in a competitive B2B environment initially in-house, followed by on the road. This will be through a mix of outbound calling, as well as "warm" leads coming through Internal marketing initiatives. You will be required to develop strong relationships with both new and existing businesses. Industries of interest include:

A background in Health Science, Allied Health, Medical Device Sales would be ideal to hit the ground running. However, general sales or health industry experience with a keen interest in helping clinicians/patients is also highly regarded.

Key Competencies
- 2-3 years within sales or in the health/medical industry - ideally within medical devices/B2B sales or worked and/or studied in one of these fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in written, verbal and in person contexts
- Ability to multitask and work in a genuine fast-paced environment
- Ability to confidently and comfortably utilise a CRM and comfortable with utilising technology across multiple devices
- Genuine and confident when liaising with potential customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential opportunity
- Having general knowledge of the health industry and ability to learn quickly
- Time management and the ability to work independently and under supervision
- Full driving license
