$120K - $130K + super + bonus + OT

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of automated production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on fault-finding, optimisation and improvement of control and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and improve PLC, SCADA and drive systems
• Implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies
• Collaborate with operations to optimise production and reliability
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system upgrades
• Mentor junior technicians and share automation knowledge across the team

Skills & Experience

• Electrical trade qualification
• Strong experience in PLC/SCADA/DCS systems and control networks
• Skilled in AC drives, instrumentation and automation fault-finding
• Exposure to manufacturing or process industry environments
• Sound computer literacy and CMMS experience
• Team-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and reliability
