$120K - $130K + super + bonus + OT

About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of automated production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on fault-finding, optimisation and improvement of control and automation systems.

About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of automated production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on fault-finding, optimisation and improvement of control and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain and improve PLC, SCADA and drive systems
- Implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with operations to optimise production and reliability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians and share automation knowledge across the team
- Electrical trade qualification
- Strong experience in PLC/SCADA/DCS systems and control networks
- Skilled in AC drives, instrumentation and automation fault-finding
- Exposure to manufacturing or process industry environments
- Sound computer literacy and CMMS experience
