What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for AV solutions nationally
- Build a pipeline from existing clients and new relationships
- Lead AV tenders and quote complex integration projects
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
- Represent the AV business unit internally and externally
- Build momentum across retail, commercial, education, and government sectors
- Bring commercial structure and margin discipline to all opportunities
- 7 + years in AV sales, BD, or commercial leadership
- Proven success selling and scoping AV integration projects
- Deep understanding of AV solution design and project lifecycle
- Strong network across fitout contractors, end-users, and key AV partners (OEMs, distributors, consultants)
- Ability to drive pipeline growth, win high-value deals, and influence C-level stakeholders
- Confident navigating complex tenders and pre-sales documentation
- Self-sufficient, commercially minded, and delivery-focused
- Build and lead a new national AV division
- Leverage existing clients across multiple sectors
- Collaborate with a respected tech provider expanding into AV
