�� What You’ll Be Doing

• Commissioning and testing AV systems across diverse commercial environments
• Working with DSPs (Biamp, Q-SYS, BSS), control systems (Crestron, Extron), and AV-over-IP platforms
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues onsite with minimal supervision
• Configuring, calibrating, and documenting system performance
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth handovers
• Providing occasional support during installation or integration if required

�� What You Bring

• Experience in AV commissioning, integration, or service roles
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial AV systems (DSPs, control systems, video distribution, networking)
• Confidence in configuring and troubleshooting Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron or similar platforms
• Ability to interpret schematics, signal flow diagrams, and project documentation
• Excellent client communication skills—you know how to explain tech in plain English
• A proactive, quality-first mindset and ability to work autonomously onsite
• Current driver’s license and appropriate work rights for Australia
