About the Role:
Our client is the dominant global market leader in Digitisation and Technology solutions, with the ability to scale quickly for any sized deal.
We are looking for results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s team in Melbourne.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of inbound solutions, within Government & /or Enterprise sectors and beyond, where there is plenty of Blue Sky Opportunity.
Understanding of the BPO and document management industry, particularly in the Corporate Sector & Government Sector, is an advantage however if you are from any SaaS or digitisation solution we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Target potential BPO clients, with a focus on Victoria, Federal & Local Government, Enterprise clients to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic interactions.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and propose BPO solutions that align with their goals and challenges.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our services.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from clients to internal teams.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer satisfaction with a passion for delivering outstanding service and value.
- Sales Success: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with at least 3 years of inbound sales experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite..
