The Company:
Our client is a facilities services organisation seeking a Bid Writer to assist in securing additional contracts to their ever-growing pipeline nationally.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the bid process from pre-tender strategy and planning, to bid writing, production and ensuring post bid review is completed. Targeting high value contracts in commercial sectors across different states.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the bid process from pre-tender strategy and planning, to bid writing, production and ensuring post bid review is completed. Targeting high value contracts in commercial sectors across different states.
The Duties:
- Produce tenders and manage the process
- Ensure compliance with all controls and procedures
- Collaborate with peers and management and encourage them to participate in the process
- Communicate with key stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely development and submission of tenders
- Provide support on tender meetings, weekly reports and communicate the status of ongoing tendering and evaluation activities
- Write persuasive proposals that win business (including EOIs, RFTs, RFPs, capability statements, case studies and CVs)
- Proof documents to improve clarity, grammar, structure, format and the pitch - tell their story!
- 3+ years’ experience in Bid/Proposal/Tender writing, preferably within Facilities Management, services or similar industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including Editing and Proofing
- Negotiation skills - influencing and persuasion, project management and reporting
- Experience working in teams with competing demands
- Flexibility - ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment
- Able to research clients and develop bid strategies that support client needs and provide compelling differentiation
- Permanent, full time role
- Modern office located in a commercial estate with free parking
- Office based role Mon-Fri 8am - 4.30pm
- Flexibility and 1 day pw WFH
- $100-120k + Super
