Working as part of the project team, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of project-specific workflows including design coordination, modelling and scheduling in a Building Information Modelling environment.

Working as part of the project team, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of project-specific workflows including design coordination, modelling and scheduling in a Building Information Modelling environment.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and maintain BIM workflows and strategies on Refurbishment and Capex projects to $3M.
- Ensure all aspects of project workflow is completed in accordance with client guidelines
- Create and modify Building Information Models and content to defined modelling standards
- Work with Client Project Architects, external Project Architects and Project team to create high quality DA, tender and construction drawing packages
- Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution
- Implement changes resulting from resolution of design issues of the 3D models
- Extract schedules and other associated data from the Building Information Model
- Participate in design meetings with the Contract Manager, Project Manager, Client design team and consultants to ensure a high level of systems compliance
- Apply the latest design technologies (including VR and AR) to Building Information Models
- Create, modify and maintain Revit Content
- Ideally qualified with a degree in Architecture and formal Revit and BIM training
- Practical background in Autodesk Revit and related BIM authoring and coordination software
- Experience in construction documentation of commercial, leisure and Local Government projects beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and Administrative skills.
- Experience working in a team (work-shared) environment
