AUSTCORP are looking for motivated Sprayer Drivers, Spreader drivers, and Experienced Labourers/Operators to join our customers growing team.  

About the Role

You’ll be part of a dedicated spray seal crew, helping deliver high-quality bitumen projects across Queensland.
Duties may include operating spray or spreader trucks, assisting with sealing operations, and supporting site setup and maintenance.

What You’ll Need

• MR/HR/HC/MC Licence (essential)
• Dangerous Goods Licence (preferred)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• RII tickets for Roller, Skid Steer, or Front-End Loader (advantageous)
• Previous bitumen spray seal or civil experience (preferred)
• Willingness to work both locally and away as required
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
