Service Technician | BMS | Building Automation.
Sydney.
Circa $90k+ base salary plus full package inc Car/Allowance + Super.
Leading Independent BMS Controls Systems Integrator.

My client is a leading building automation and energy management expert who pride themselves on their exceptional offerings which comprise of: Leading Edge Technology & providing completely customised service installing, designing, upgrading, commissioning and end to end project delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled service & updates for BMS and Building Automation.
  • Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems.
  • Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency.
  • Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works.
  • Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration and building efficiency.
  • Clients: Healthcare, Commercial, Shopping Outlets and Date Centres.
  • Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports.
  • Respond to client service requests, programming and point to point scheduling.
  • Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service.
  • Investigating and diagnosing faults.
  • Providing technical support & Commissioning Reports as required.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven experience in Servicing, programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems. 
  • Ideally Tridium bias (AX or N4) or aligned industry systems.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of IP related protocols, networking and communications.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards and plant operating instructions.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
