Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled service & updates for BMS and Building Automation.
- Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems.
- Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency.
- Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works.
- Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration and building efficiency.
- Clients: Healthcare, Commercial, Shopping Outlets and Date Centres.
- Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports.
- Respond to client service requests, programming and point to point scheduling.
- Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service.
- Investigating and diagnosing faults.
- Providing technical support & Commissioning Reports as required.
- Proven experience in Servicing, programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems.
- Ideally Tridium bias (AX or N4) or aligned industry systems.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of IP related protocols, networking and communications.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards and plant operating instructions.
- Restricted Electrical Licence.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
