Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years within Building Management
• Tertiary qualifications and Licences in the relevant fields
• Ability and the drive to meet all relevant KPIs and tasks that are required within this role 

Day to Day:

• Service, technical support, installation and commissioning on BMS / BAS / BEMs / Building Automation Systems
• Appropriate paperwork and documentation for each specific job
• Being able to look at problems and troubleshoot in “out of the box” sort of thinking
