We are seeking a driven and capable Branch Manager to lead our regional branch operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be mentored directly by the General Manager and trained in all key areas of operations. You’ll take ownership of branch performance while also contributing to the wider success of the company.
This position is perfect for someone who is ready to step up into a leadership role or expand their existing management experience. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, driving sales, managing inventory and purchasing, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Drive internal and external sales, including phone sales, quotations, order entry, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong face-to-face client relationships.
- Set and monitor sales and expense budgets in line with company objectives.
- Train and supervise staff in accordance with company procedures and WHS standards.
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory control, stocktakes, and dispatch activities.
- Provide input into product research and development efforts.
- Track and report KPIs and financial performance.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with IMS and WHS systems and policies.
