About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and capable Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our regional branch. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone looking to step into a management role or expand their existing leadership experience.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll receive full support and training across key operational functions. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of branch performance while playing an integral role in our continued growth.
This role requires a proactive leader who can drive sales, manage team performance, oversee stock and logistics, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations in line with company standards.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer engagement, quoting, phone sales, order processing, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain strong, in-person relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage sales targets and expense budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and support branch staff while upholding WHS and company procedures.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory control, stocktakes, and dispatch operations.
  • Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance and financial metrics.
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS policies and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
