The Company: My client is a global distributor of Commodity and Specialty Chemicals, A well respected organisation in the industry. They now seek the assistance of an experienced Branch Manager for their Perth Office. 

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Accountability for Branch Sales turnover and P&L.
  • Liaising with senior management to set budgets, schedules and target objectives in all areas of the Branch.
  • Overall asset utilisation, cleaning, maintenance and use of assets.
  • Overall supervision of staff at the Branch and people Management across Sales Managers and Administration staff.
  • Responsible for conflict management and support issues.
The Candidate:
  • Previous P&L management experience required.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a Branch Management or People Management position ideally within the chemical distribution sector.
  • Tertiary Qualification in chemistry or science related favorable.
  • Focused on developing a workplace culture that encourages employee collaboration, process improvement, accountability, empowerment, development and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a small team.
  • Leader and responsible for managing WHS and Compliance requirements of the site.
