With strength in their install base across the Oil & Gas, Mining and Power Generation sectors, they now require the services of a Brand and Communications Manager, to assist in rolling out branding and communications strategies.
The Role:
- Located from the Sydney office, but not limited the Sydney location, this unique role is focused very strongly on the external branding, the story, not just the product. A combination of marketing functions, coupled with a very strategic and autonomous element, that will allow you to be very creative in the methods you use to create brand awareness and manage the communications from the forefront. This is a free roam role, where you will be responsible to seek out the story, to own this function of the business.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns to enhance the brand across all divisions in AUST and NZ – Very digital focused.
- Develop and coordinate all external communications (corporate communications, newsletters, social media and internet/intranet) and the management and coordination of events in conjunction with relevant stakeholders (marketing, industry managers, sales managers, product managers and Executives).
- For each division developing communications for digital marketing including website, internet, SEO, SEM and social media platforms.
- Maintain the company’s quality standards for efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with both customer needs and the company’s requirements.
- Collect, gather feedback and report on information from customers in relation to the impact of marketing programs, potential improvements and areas to enhance the company’s profile.
The Candidate:
- 5+ years in a Brand and Communications or Marketing role, from any sector. We seek that energetic, creative thinker that has the ability to influence and create new avenues and ideas to bring the brand to the forefront of the buyer’s mind.
- Knowledge of web-based platforms, SEO’s and other related facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline highly regarded. Candidates with significant experience in the field welcome to apply.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical background not needed. There is a technical team that is always available assist. Seeking a driven, energetic brand leader with a strong back ground in the digital area.
